VALENTINO - SPECULA MUNDI

For the Los Angeles presentation of Specula Mundi, International Creative Productions joined Valentino to translate an immersive evening of fashion, art, and culture into a dynamic social-first narrative.

Held at the Marciano Art Foundation, the event celebrated the release of Specula Mundi, the Haute Couture book by photographer Mark Borthwick, created around Alessandro Michele’s collection. At the center of the experience, a sculptural Kaiserpanorama installation reimagined the scenography of the original Paris show, bringing the collection’s imagery to life through an intimate and continuous visual sequence.

Working across production and post-production, our team was embedded throughout the evening to capture its many intersecting stories—from the installation and atmosphere to guest arrivals, candid moments, and conversations recorded during the event. An agile on-site workflow allowed footage to move seamlessly from camera to edit, with social assets delivered on an immediate turnaround for Valentino’s digital platforms.

The evening brought together Alessandro Michele and an international group of artists and cultural figures, including Devon Lee Carlson, Dree Hemingway, Archie Madekwe, Maude Apatow, Paul W. Downs, Sombr, and Lucia Aniello.

The resulting body of content extended the experience beyond the walls of the Marciano Art Foundation: a cinematic, immediate portrait of Valentino’s evolving universe, shaped for the rhythm and reach of contemporary social media.
